• "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity renting a bicycle from us.
• "Bicycle" refers to any bicycle, electric bike, or related equipment rented from our service.
• "Rental Period" refers to the agreed-upon time during which the bicycle is rented to the customer.

2. Rental Agreement

2.1 Eligibility

To rent a bicycle from Dodasa, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid government-issued identification. For electric bicycles, a valid driver's license may be required. Customers under 18 may rent with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

2.2 Booking and Reservation

Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone at +44 20 3612 8754, or in person at our location. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from Dodasa.

2.3 Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time of bicycle collection and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in our pricing policy.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Rental Fees

Rental fees are determined based on the type of bicycle, rental duration, and any additional services or equipment requested. All prices are displayed on our website and at our rental location.

3.2 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit amount varies depending on the bicycle type and will be refunded upon return of the bicycle in satisfactory condition, subject to inspection.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Payment must be made in full before the bicycle is released to the customer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Bicycle Care

You agree to:

• Use the bicycle in a safe and responsible manner, complying with all traffic laws and regulations
• Keep the bicycle locked when not in use using the provided locking mechanism
• Not modify, repair, or alter the bicycle without our express written permission
• Not use the bicycle for racing, stunts, or any commercial purposes
• Not sublet or lend the bicycle to any third party
• Report any mechanical issues or damage immediately to Dodasa

4.2 Prohibited Uses

The bicycle must not be used:

• While under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• To carry passengers unless the bicycle is specifically designed for that purpose
• On terrain or in conditions unsuitable for the bicycle type
• Outside the authorized geographical area without prior approval

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Customer Liability

You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the bicycle during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. You will be charged the full replacement cost for stolen or irreparably damaged bicycles.

5.2 Personal Injury

Dodasa is not liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage arising from your use of the bicycle. You acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks and agree to assume all such risks.

5.3 Insurance

Optional insurance coverage is available for an additional fee. This coverage may reduce your liability for damage or theft. Please inquire about insurance options when making your reservation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund in such cases.

7. Termination of Rental

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the bicycle without notice if you breach any terms of this agreement, use the bicycle improperly, or provide false information. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dodasa's total liability for any claims arising from the rental shall not exceed the total rental fees paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
