We understand that delays can occur, and we build some flexibility into our system. There's a grace period of 30 minutes beyond your scheduled return time at no extra charge. After that, late returns are charged at £5 per hour or part thereof for the first three hours. If you're going to be more than one hour late, please call us to let us know - this courtesy call can help us manage our schedule and may allow us to waive late fees in genuine emergency situations.
